Ecolab, the global leader of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Parts Coordinator. The Parts Coordinator oversees the parts management system to help support the daily execution of all maintenance activities within the chemical manufacturing plant. Working with the maintenance team, they will maintain the parts management system and ensure that all parts and components are stocked, and proper inventory is tracked to ensure the plant assets are maintained at their designed operating performance utilizing the most cost effective, safe, and quality driven methods possible. The Parts Coordinator also ensures effective utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), generates storeroom key performance indicators, and uses continuous improvement concepts to impact overall plant safety, product quality, and service.

What You Will Do
Oversee the storeroom including parts purchasing, inventory control, kitting parts for work orders, and ordering and receiving partsCoordinate with maintenance to ensure parts availability for repairsPerform regular audits to ensure accuracy of the inventoryTrack and analyze parts usageHelp train others on new systems and policiesKeep up to date on obsolete technology/parts and changes in the industryPosition Details:
