Part-Time Stock Lead- Cross Iron Mills
Stock Leads serve as product and operational experts, driving sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience. They act as product and brand ambassadors for Skechers.

Stock Leads are directly responsible for ensuring product is received and processed in an efficient and organized manner.

Compensation Information:

Starting Rate: $19.12

This position offers premium pay for hours worked between 11PM to 6AM. Any hours worked during this time frame will be compensated at an hourly rate of $20.12 / hour.

Schedule Requirements:

- Flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes day shifts, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays

Please note that this position requires working during non-traditional hours, and candidates should be comfortable with the demands of an overnight schedule. The ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance while working nights is essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

Provides leadership support to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager of Store Operations to train stock associates, assigning tasks and setting prioritiesOversee receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandiseConduct regular inventory auditsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesIdentify and resolve discrepancies in stock levels or shipmentsOptimize back room layout and storage methods for efficiencyChampions the brandDeliver an amazing customer experience through product and visual marketing excellence as well as outstanding customer service.Assists with developing store employees, coaching and mentoring store teams on product knowledge, setting customer service expectations, and demonstrating visual presentation standards.Support new hire onboarding.Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers.Ensure strong operational processes and routines that drive profitability and results.Act as the expert on all store systems and processes including opening and closing of the POS.May be responsible for the opening and closing of the store as needed.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience   

Ability to work overnight shiftsAbility and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees.Comfortable communicating expectations with store employees, sets clear expectations for the team.Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.Creates excitement and shows passion for Skechers products and the brand.Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
