Parcel & 3PL Category Pricing Analyst
**What you’ll do:** 1. Works as a key member of the GSC COE Logistics function. Manages all logistics deliverables for contract management, sourcing and overall supplier management (SRM), for Parcel & 3PL mode for all Global Eaton. Lead Analyst role acts as the primary interface between corporate team, supply chain organization, Service Providers and GSC COE. This role is responsible for the overall support to corporate category strategy which includes regular reporting on cost, quality and delivery for Parcel & Warehouse, data management & analysis, RFQ pricing analyses, Adhoc Reporting, Regional reports, Logistics Council Meeting, Supplier QBRs, digitization initiatives, contract management and acts as a single point of contact from GSC COE for the category. 2. Manages Analytics for Global Parcel and 3PL Category Manager • Support global & regional parcel RFQ in terms of baseline data verification, RFQ template & baseline, evaluate carrier responses and perform required analytical scenarios. • Develop service-based pricing models to improve parcel overall spend, optimize service offerings. • Identify above market pricing across global category for negotiation and cost out. • Maintain knowledge on parcel and contract logistics service offerings, industry standards and pricing & market trends • Analyze Dashboard Tools, ERP and carrier data in order to identify and communicate improvement opportunities that can drive out cost and improve customer experience in procuring services in 3PL & Parcel space. • Identify opportunities to enhance current processes to reduce risk through effective use of price analytics. • Support the Manager - GPO Support in other ad-hoc projects and Logistic activities. • Supplier relationship management, hold regular business review and management of improvement tasks with Parcel and other 3PL service providers • Support digitization projects, represent procurement analytics as subject matter expert and support on transformation programs in warehouse & parcel **Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management. • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Logistics Procurement Management in Parcel or Warehouse category • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics will be added advantage **Skills:** • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Visio & Project) • Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers • Able to manage multiple simultaneous projects • Should be well versed with Data & Information Management, Reporting & MIS, Ad-hoc reporting, Business Insight & Analysis, Market research • Have a good understanding of logistics cost factors, working of carrier rates/surcharges and Global supplier base • Able to gather data from multiple systems and assimilate bigger data set • Understand linkages of data across different data set/reports
