Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Order to Invoice (OTI) Manager to lead the EMEA operations within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This individual will oversee a team of approximately four team leaders and their respective teams, driving operational excellence across billing, order management, and related OTI processes. The role is critical in ensuring flawless day-to-day execution, acting as the regional point of escalation, and serving as the primary business partner interface for commercial and functional stakeholders in EMEA.

This position will play a vital role in process standardization, performance optimization and change management within a complex, multi-country environment.

Location: Warsaw, hybrid model work (2 days in office)
