Waar kom je terecht?
Als Logistic Order Planner ben jij een belangrijke speler in onze 24/7 productieomgeving. Je gaat aan de slag in een gemotiveerd team en maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling Logistics. Op deze afdeling staat een optimale performance en levering naar de klanten toe centraal.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Manager Logistics.

Verder heb je een proactieve werkhouding en ga je accuraat te werk. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift en bent in het bezit van een Basis VCA certificaat of bereid om deze binnen 1 maand na het werken binnen onze organisatie te behalen.

For our Eindhoven office, we are immediately looking for a:
Logistics Order Planner (1 FTE)
As a Logistics Order Planner, you are a key player in our 24/7 production environment. You ensure optimal and timely availability of products for our customers.
Your main tasks:
Managing the internal planning processes regarding (MTO) orders in cooperation with production and packaging departments;Managing consignment fibre stock and sales orders both at the customer and our ERP system (SAP);You manage the fibre stock in the warehouse and indicate when stock of obsolete fibres accumulate;You align on a daily basis with internal stakeholders on production and adjust planning accordingly;Managing call-off orders from an external fibre supplier.What does working in this role look like?
You will work in a motivated team and will be a key player inside the organization;The department focuses on optimal performance and delivery to customers;In this position, you will report to the Manager Logistics.As a Logistics Order Planner at Prysmian:
You are an enthusiastic, reliable and solution-oriented employee who does not shy away from a challenge and is continuously looking to improve existing processes;You have a completed HBO education, preferably in a logistics or business administration direction and have 2-4 years of work experience in a relevant position;You are able to take decisions independently, are you strong in planning and organizing and do you have the ability to convince;You have administrative skills and analytical abilities that enable you cope with pressure from various stakeholders;You have knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and are familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;You have experience with improvement processes (such as LEAN) and with legal regulations regarding export (advantage);You have knowledge of incoterms and other export related processes (plus).Furthermore, you have a proactive work attitude and you work accurately. You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing and you are in possession of a basic VCA certificate or willing to get this within 1 month of working within our organisation.
