We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance & IT team as an Order Management & Logistics Partner.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of our logistics & warehouse processes and order management.
Key Responsibilities
1)Order Management
Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders under varying distribution models e.g., direct-to-customer, specialty distribution - tender deliveries.
To address sales orders and market inventory related queries and issues on time and fulfill ad-hoc demands received from internal and external customers.
Follow investigations and resolution of logistics incidents and shipment discrepancies in his/her area of responsibility.
Coordinate invoicing activities with third-party providers and the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
2)Logistics & Warehousing
Oversee relationship with 3PL service providers to ensure high quality warehousing and delivery operations including bi-weekly on site visits.
Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with business goals, customer needs, and quality requirements.
Propose system improvements to enable timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.
Establish and enforce clear performance standards and procedures, monitor logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, transport costs, and lead times, and plan corrective actions with 3PL where needed.
3)Conduct and compliance
Make the required documentation and archiving for the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) process and ensure self- testing together with related departments.
Maintain compliance with SOPs and good distribution practices (GDP).
Who you are
You have Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
You possess 3+ years of experience in order processing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
You have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are excellent at communication and stakeholder management.
You are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical logistics and distribution is a plus.
You have strong command of English and Turkish.
