**Essential Functions** + Manages the client budget, billing and invoicing + Provides support to Translations PM admin activities such quoting, receivables and payables among others. + Supports the creation, administration and cost control of POs + Sales and account management administrative support + Communicates with IQVIA project teams on set up of studies + Supports ITS adoption in terms of connecting with project teams + Supports vendor payment process and the setup on the payments platform. + Supports any other Operations activities prioritized by the Direction of the Operations team. + When manager is unavailable, use initiative to review and prioritize activities, taking action or escalating critical matters as appropriate. + Assist in the development and design of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables. + Develop and implement an efficient work flow and information tracking/retrieval system across all assigned projects, and maintain/archives files and records. + May provide support and guidance to new or more junior members of staff. + Perform other duties as required. **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Bachelor Degree in (Business Management, Accounting, Life Science, International Relations or related field) + Advanced English. + Minimum of 1-2 year's direct experience in the activities or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. + Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint + You will need to be comfortable collaborating and communicating with a variety of colleagues and customers. * **CV must be submit in English** * _IQVIA is committed to embracing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
