With general direction, leads and participates in collection and analysis of data, evaluation of operation and maintenance techniques and methods and preparation of lesson plans, standard procedures and O&M manuals. Leads treatment plant testing, startup and training of maintenance and operations staff. Supervises the work of junior staff on project work. Provides technical guidance and training to junior staff. Mentors junior staff and develops them for growth within the discipline and firm. Performs other duties as required. Performs administrative duties, including coordinating meetings with clients, preparing project schedules and budgets; and assisting in preparation of proposals and other business development efforts. Provides updates to clients, subcontractors, and contractors on project status, startup and scheduling.
