Senior Operations Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze financial metrics. Each day, you will identify trends and problems and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site.The work model for the role is: OnsiteThis role is contributing to the ELSP in Jiangmen. You will be mainly accountable for:Ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards, financial closing schedules and internal control requirements.Coordinates the preparation of the various internal and external reports. Performs quality checks on data, including analytical review of major fluctuations.Ensures timely and efficient interaction with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill their requirement on time on quality.Oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. And drive initiatives and projects to continuously improve such processes and tools. Support decision making ad hoc analysis in time with insight.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years relevant working experience.Good understanding of USGAAP, PRC GAAP and PRC tax policy.Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems.Strong analytical skills.Proficient knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence and data mining tools. (Excel, Power BI, etc.)Good communication skill.Fluent in speaking and writing English.Project management and agile experience will be a plus.
