HSE officer should have Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HSE onsite operational activities. Completing of recognised HSE professional certifications in Degree/DIP in Engineering (Any technical Field). Preferred Candidates with NEBOSH , IOSH, PGDIS / ADIS from an institute approved by state counsel Preparing & Assisting site in charges in implementing the EHS Plan. Understanding the Policy, targets and objectives of company and training all concerned. Implementing company HSE policy, Procedures, minimum safety standards and fulfil customer requirements and legal, regulatory, statutory requirements. Preparing & assisting Standard operating procedures(SOP) for all operational activities. Assessment of risk for all operational activities and propose the mitigation plan. Timely reporting, tracking & closure of unsafe acts/unsafe conditions and safety conversation on HSE 24 tool. Preparation of project emergency response plan. Coordinating with Site in charges, HSE Manager and management for contractor safety management system. Conducting HSE audits at site, reviews, HSE campaigns. Presentation of HSE performance to the business heads with analysis and suggestions. Conducting mock drills, trainings for employees/stakeholders & customers MIS compilation & reporting. Maintaining & retaining HSE documentation & records. Willing to travel across PAN India , within the sites 70-80% onsite visits. Team Player with good communication including presenting skills
