Office Manager

Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK Ltd is looking to recruit a proactive and organised Office Manager for our Southwest London laboratory (Postcode SW19 2QA). In this role, you will work alongside our operational and sales teams and be responsible for all day-to-day administrative support.

You will support the operational team and other stakeholders as we deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and maximise opportunities to cross-sell and deliver our services.

Reporting to the Laboratory Business Manager, you will work with the test engineers and the sales team, supporting our customers as they look to design, develop and deliver compliant products to market.

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse range of general administrative and financial tasks associated with the laboratory. Key responsibilities include:

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming callsMaintain records and monitor business KPI'sManage data input to company CRM (HubSpot) related to the delivery of our services and chasing workflowAct as Personal Assistant (PA) to the Laboratory Business managerManage receipt and dispatch of goods to customersProvide IT skills liaising internally and externally to resolve basic IT queriesLiaise with external contractors to support building maintenanceSupervise part-time administrative support staff as appropriate
