Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected OEM Manager to drive strategic relationships and business development with key OEM players in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Water & Wastewater, and New Energy sectors across Western Europe and the Middle East.In this role, you will leverage your background in instrumentation and your strong network within the OEM landscape to build lasting partnerships that contribute to long-term growth. You will report to the Sales Leader of the respective region and work in close cooperation with the New Business Development Manager.Key responsibilities:Develop and manage strategic relationships with OEMs in the target industries, including valve manufacturers, oil and custody transfer rig builders, HVAC system providers, industrial machine builders, and pump manufacturers. You will identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the OEM segment, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy. Acting as the primary point of contact for OEM accounts, you will ensure consistent engagement, effective communication, and long-term collaboration.Internally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams - including sales, product management, and engineering - to deliver tailored solutions that meet OEM partners’ needs. Your insight into market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies will help the company stay ahead of the curve. Representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and technical conferences, you will play a key role in building our brand presence and expanding our network.

Qualifications for the role

To be successful in this role, you bring a minimum of four years’ experience in instrumentation, ideally within OEM-focused or industrial applications. You have a proven track record in business development or account management in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Water/Wastewater, or New Energy. Your strong existing network includes OEMs involved in valve manufacturing, rig building, HVAC systems, industrial machinery, and pumps.You possess a deep understanding of the OEM business model and the complexities of their supply chain dynamics. You are comfortable with regular travel across Western Europe and the Middle East, and you are fluent in English - additional regional languages are a definite advantage. Ideally, you are based in Western Europe or the Middle East.A degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field will serve you well in this role. Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization is highly valued, as are strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
