For our growing GMP contract laboratory, we are looking for a dedicated, hands-on microbiology technician for the late shift + weekends (m/f/d, 70-100%) to strengthen our dynamic team. Job DescriptionIndependent execution of analyses on pharmaceutical samples using all qualified analytical instruments available in the laboratory according to GMP regulations and SOPFocus: Microbiological testing of environmental monitoring samples (water, surfaces, air) and non-sterile productsLate shift: weekdays approximately 2 PM – 11 PMWeekend: Saturdays + Sundays according to the shift scheduleIncoming inspection and recording of sample data and ordersIndependent documentation of work in protocols or worksheetsEntry of test results into our LIMS systemContent control (e.g., completeness) of raw data, worksheets, and result entries (Peer Review)Maintenance work (e.g., cleaning, re-qualifications) according to the plan (Metrology)Proper deactivation and disposal of biological wasteParticipation in GMP-compliant archivingSelf-study of assigned documents (e.g., SOP revisions)Support in process optimizations and the continuous development of the site

QualificationsLaboratory technician with a Swiss federal certificate of proficiency or equivalent professional experience in the analytical field under GMPAt least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)You are a team player, responsible, and reliableHigh resilience and reliability, even under high workloadWillingness to take over our late shift (weekdays approximately 2 PM to 11 PM)Willingness to take over our weekend shift (Saturdays + Sundays according to the shift schedule)Good understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systemsVery good German and good English skills
