The Position業務内容

MSAグループとしては『臨床上の意思決定の変革および患者アクセスの拡大のため、戦略的にエビデンスと検査需要を創出し、Roche製品とソリューションの臨床実装を促進します。』をビジョンとして掲げ、日々の活動を行っています。弊社の有する製品は幅広い専門領域（循環器、内分泌・代謝、感染症、Neurology、Critical Care、Oncology、Women's Health等）をカバーしています。CO Unitでは、これら全ての疾患領域について、関連する臨床研究の推進に対応しています。各人は特定の疾患領域に限ることなく疾患領域横断的に臨床研究を担当し、具体的には以下の業務を行います。

Clinical Operation臨床研究のオペレーションに関する専門性を有するUnitとして、疾患戦略を担当するMedical Scientific Affairs内のUnitと協働し、双方が専門性を最大限に発揮できるよう、研究の立案の段階から積極的に研究を推進する。Medical Scientific Affairs内に限らず、社内外の関係者のニーズを把握した上で協働し、ビジネスインパクトへとつなげる。臨床研究プロセスの効率化を図る。

必要な経験・能力学術的な専門性（MPH、PhD、MSc等）を活用して価値の創造を行い、顧客視点で弊社の成長に必要な貢献を具体化できること。ホリスティックな視点：総合的なメディカル戦略も踏まえ、臨床研究の立案と実行に携わることができること。Growth MindsetとOut of Box Thinking：成長思考を持ち、革新的な発想ができること。意欲：新しい分野を学び、挑戦する意欲があること。製薬、医療機器、または診断薬業界での臨床研究の立案と実行の経験を有することが望ましいですが、未経験でも学術的な専門性を有していればキャッチアップすることが可能な環境を用意しています。

必要なスキルコミュニケーションスキルリーダーシップ（ロシュではリーダーシップのあり方として、Visionary、Architect、Coach、Catalyst（VACC）の４つの柱を大切にしています）問題解決力傾聴力英語の読み書きができる能力に加え、ビジネスレベルの英会話が可能であれば歓迎
