The Position

Position title: Medical Excellence Manager

Working location: Shanghai

Your Opportunity:

Defining and leading medical excellence strategy and execution, including driving strategic and organizational alignment and initiatives across medical affairs .Lead in working across boundaries within the broader organization and cross functional team to establish excellent ways of working/ process workflows.Lead in developing integrated medical project plans across medical affairs as PMO lead to prioritize tasks to ensure strategic focus and timely execution of deliverables. Serve as a partner and expert to support / challenge key decision-making on functions regarding driving breakthrough initiatives.Enabling the operational effectiveness of medical affairs to manage complexity and oversee the performance, budget and resources; responsibility for development & delivery of medical dashboard and associated metrics with cross-functional teams by timely collection, reporting and aligned interpretation of performance metrics and key activities across medical affairs.Drive development of Medical Affairs Capabilities; oversee of MED professional development and training both in terms of technical as well as soft skills. Responsible for building our future capabilities, cover upskilling and development of technical and digital expertise of our staff in close cooperation with P&C.Foster a culture that is collaborative and agile for proactively identifying and removing barriers, realizing efficiencies, and addressing evolving needs of the business.Lead, support, and coach medical affairs strategy projects to drive breakthrough outcomes.

Who you are:

A minimum of 3 years of working experience in medical affairs-related work in the pharmaceutical industry: experience in Global Medical Affairs/Pharmaceutical Training/Compliance, and/or Operations setting preferred.experience in marketing, E-Marketing, digital or a related field preferredExperience in medical affairs people leader or senior positions preferred.Minimum of Master’s degree in pharmacy or health care; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is preferredDemonstrated ability in cross-functional leadershipDemonstrated ability in team building up and development in a pharmaceutical organizationDemonstrated ability in anticipating the change and preparing the organization for the changeDeep understand medical affairs value to whole business, customer and patientsStrategic agility with innovative approachesVery Strong Project Management skill, PMP certificate preferredDemonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksExcellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated computer and digital literacy.
