Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiting Associate

Location: Bogotá

Grade: 10C

hybrid Position

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist attracts premier professional candidates utilizing a variety of successful recruiting channels. This position reviews resumes, conducts phone interviews, and presents candidates to hiring managers to fill roles internally and externally. This role ensures requisition needs are filled and provides recruiting support for hiring teams.  This position monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance and makes recommendations for process improvement. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist develops relationships with prospective talent and hiring teams, and creates/manages talent pipelines for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

Consults with hiring managers on talent needs and reviews Service Level Agreements (SLAs) upon approval of new requisitionsConducts market research and analysis to establish hiring expectations and collaborates with Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiters on hard-to-fill requisitionsAdvises hiring managers throughout the entire employment process and provides continuous updatesSelects applicants, reviews resumes, identifies high-potential talent through the interview process, and coordinates interviewsPresents qualified candidates to hiring managers for reviewManages candidate flow through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Updates management teams on job requisition exceptions (ex: hard-to-fill jobs, aging requisitions, etc.)Coordinates all necessary job assessmentsEngages hiring manager and collaborates on interview results prior to job offersMonitors sourcing process to ensure hiring needs are met timely and SLAs are fulfilledExtends job offers to candidates including compensation package detailsAssists team with maintaining and developing recruitment training materials/resourcesProvides support for ad hoc projects

Qualifications

Requirements:

Advanced English (B2-C1)Monday to Friday (44 Hours per week)Work on site (3 days per week)Demonstrates knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes (selection, hiring, employment laws and regulations, etc.Possesses experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Displays analytical ability to conduct research, assess and summarize data, and provide solutionsPossesses experience working in Human Resources and recruiting through employment life cycleDetail oriented with demonstrated experience soliciting and gathering informationDemonstrates proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Preferences:

Possesses experience working in a team-focused environmentExperience utilizing Power BIDemonstrates proficiency in external recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, SeekOut, etc.Minimum one year of full life cycle recruiting experienceBachelor’s degree (or internationally comparable degree)
