Internal Logistics Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesKanban & Supermarket ManagementReceive materials from the warehouse and transfer them to the Supermarket (SM) area.Move materials from the Supermarket to the line-side rack as per production needs.Monitor missing materials and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.Inventory & Material HandlingConduct weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.Prepare and return excess or unused materials back to the warehouse.Maintain bin labeling for easy identification and proper material organization.Manage empty bins efficiently to ensure a continuous material flow.Workplace Organization & ComplianceFollow and maintain 5S principles to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.Take responsibility for API (Automated Process Improvement) in the Supermarket area.Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment and prevent accidents.
Qualifications for the roleExperience in material handling, warehouse operations, or production logistics.Basic understanding of Kanban and supermarket management.Ability to lift and move materials as required for the role.Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and organization.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Basic knowledge of inventory control and material flow processes.Understanding of 5S principles and workplace organizationCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
