As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role. **Line of Business:** Marketing **Job Description:** As part of TD Bank's US Marketing Department, we are seeking a Marketing Lead with extensive expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to spearhead our Martech Transformation. The team is charged with building the modern marketing infrastructure of the future and enabling personalized 1:1 communication during every customer interaction. This transformation involves migrating existing campaign deployments to the Salesforce environment through data cloud audience creation and developing new campaigns within the data cloud for omni-channel deployment. In addition to Salesforce, the team manages the capability enablement of various other platforms, including but not limited to Adobe (Audience Manager, Experience Manager, Target, and Analytics), LiveRamp for first-party data conversions, leveraging Epsilon for prospect data, Relay for SMS messaging, Mparticle and Flybits for mobile personalization, etc. A broad understanding of these diverse marketing technologies and their optimal use cases is crucial for this role. Executing on a robust vision and roadmap for the Martech transformation is essential. Effective storytelling and leadership influence will be key success factors for this candidate. The department operates under an Agile model with structured PI planning and collaboration across pods. The ideal candidate should efficiently manage agile prioritization and ceremonies across multiple pods. The MarTech Transformation Manager will be responsible for completing SFMC configuration and implementation for campaigns. This role is responsible for leading and executing the SFMC strategy requirements as assigned and monitoring active campaigns post- development. **Depth & Scope:** + Leads the configuration of assigned campaign configuration and journey build + Develops and configures sender/e-mail profile configuration + Leads the configuration of audience entry source, exit criteria, re-entry criteria and campaign goals + Structures Journey decision splits + Develops and configures Journey updates/modifications and version control of active campaigns + Develops and configures dynamic content, including Personalization requirements + Develops and configures messaging/activities across channels and associate defined sender/delivery profile + Performs on-going QA & platform health checklist tasks + Participates in campaign optimization sessions and support analysis of campaign performance + Configures A/B tests and present the results for marketing campaigns + Configures and measures campaign optimizations + Builds emails and ensures email campaigns are meticulously tested for errors and compliance with best practices + Partners with creative teams and build reusable content blocks + Leads the configuration of Personalization requirements + Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to achieve campaign objectives + Utilizes strong project management skills to drive initiatives from conception to completion within established timelines **Education Experience:** + Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent relevant experience. + 3+ years of Salesforce experience or similar marketing automation experience. + Solid understanding of marketing campaign concepts and best practices + Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to provide optimization insights + Proficient understanding of data structures and relational data. + Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently **Preferred Skills:** + SFMC Administrator Certification + SFMC Email Specialist Certification + SF Data Cloud Consultant Certification + SF Sales Cloud Consultant Certification + Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Marketing Cloud + 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and it's integration with Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud and CRM. + Robust understanding of data streams, real-time data unification, and identity resolution. + Strong expertise in segment creation, activation, and automation for omnichannel marketing campaigns. + 2+ years of journey orchestration experience in Financial Services or other regulated industry + Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications: Administrator, Developer, and/or Email Specialist + Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio), including the key foundational components of real-time personalization strategies, decisioning, and omnichannel interaction tracking. + Comprehensive understanding of leads, contacts, opportunities, and campaign management within Salesforce CRM. + Expertiseleveraging Adobe Audience Manager, LiveRamp, Relay, Mparticle and Flybits. + Ability to interpret and document system architecture diagrams and data flow across platforms. + Understanding of data models, customer, and relational data. + Skilled at identifying and supporting data requirements across the Salesforce ecosystem and the enterprise tech stack. + Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processes to support efficiency and best practice. + Confident in presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences. + Able to create clear documentation, process flows, and user guides. + Eager to stay current on emerging technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem and the broader MarTech space. + Positive attitude toward problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity + Knowledge of Inline CSS, Embedded CSS, External CSS, and AMPScript + CSS to work in SFMC + Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Journey Builder.
