The primary purpose of this position is to ensure data integrity related to PMP & PEP projects,
be involved in the creation for the plant’s parts and assemblies, validating the material have the
correct configuration and strategy for production purposes. This person will be the point of
contact for Engineering Changes, Application Notes and Coordinate process flow changes,
data and quality aspects of the change. This person will work with several departments to
collect the necessary information to complete their tasks.

What will you do?

Support Data Quality objectives. This can include Data cleansing, revision levels and error elimination of
BOM and manufacturing related activitiesPart approval with close coordination of Qual Eng’g team and procurement for initial and mass production per
target datesWork with Engineering and Qualification teams to implement changes and new product offers. Ensure
smooth transition of new parts.Achieve defined quarterly& yearly KPI’s per management guidelines.Work on daily and long-term continuous improvement Schneider Production System (SPS).Act as liaison between Design Engineering and Manufacturing to insure product quality and integrity.Being a key player for investments projects and leading them from feasibility studies to execution
finalizations,Collaborate with Global SC Deployment and Industrialization teams in the evolution of the technology.Agile Project Management\: Be the agile scrum master and referent to the project teamOrganize, lead and motivate the project team and synchronize with the other teamsLead functionally a project core team of cross functional disciplines – Marketing & Launch, Design &
Engineering, Industrialization, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing plants. Coordinate & Challenge actions of
Marketing Projects leaders, Technical Projects leaders, Industrial Projects Leaders, New Projects Buyers,
Offer creation process supply chain leaders, Quality project leader & Launch leader.Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time.Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis.
QualificationsUniversity degree in Mechanical Engineering, electrical Engineer, Industrial Engineering or related,Min 3-4 years’ experience in projects, product engineering or relatedKnowledge about production technologies,Having knowledge of Times and Methods techniques, lean manufacturing applications,Good command of MS Office applications,Good communication and planning skills, analytical thinking capability, decision making and problem-solving
ability,Fluent English,Must have a strong sense of urgencyMust possess strong communication skills with all levels with company
