Job DescriptionDuring your internship in our team, you will have the unique chance to get cross-departmental insights in Pricing, Sales Price Analysis, Cost-Engineering and Benchmarking Topics.From the first day you’ll be a full integrated team member who works closely together with cross-functional teams worldwide (especially sales & engineering) supporting them in global acquisition projects - from the initial customer request to the final quote submission.You will get familiar how we at Bosch sell cutting-edge products/technologies in a highly competitive automotive market. Moreover, you will support the costing and pricing analysts with the coordination of acquisition projects (e.g. pricing strategies, business case simulations, profitability & project costs tracking but also design-to-cost evaluations, target costings & shadow calculations) and you will have the chance to gain a full understanding of the overall sales process at Bosch.Furthermore, you will actively prepare for and participate in release meetings with high management.With your result-driven mindset you will proactively take over improvement projects independently, considering cutting-edge AI technology to contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and processes.
QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of International Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or comparableExperience and Knowledge: proficient in MS Excel; good knowledge in Power BI and Microsoft VBA; knowledge in databases is an advantage; first experiences in a working environment, previous internship experiences are beneficialPersonality and Working Practice: you excel at collaborating effectively in diverse teams, staying self-motivated to tackle challenges, analyzing data critically, and communicating clearly in an international contextWork Routine: hybrid, team days in officeEnthusiasm: interest in technical and commercial dependenciesLanguages: very good in English and German
