We are looking for a qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Manager Supply Planning Operations, based in Sofia. The position is part of the Global Supply Chain organization of Teva with a focus on improving performance in our manufacturing sites around the World.
How you’ll spend your day
• Manage Supply Chain meetings framework in terms of frequency, agenda, participants and action lists. Ensure E2E process implementation along continuous progression in building a community
• Lead and manage interregional processes and support ad hoc requirements from senior management
• Provide Supply Chain support in project management across markets and sites to constantly improve performance and capabilities in production sites across the globe
• Coordinate various initiatives to continuously assess the Supply Chain organization maturity – e.g. capabilities assessments, training needs in the network, skill and capability matrix
• Identify opportunities and strategies to improve SC performance and process in key areas such as responsiveness, cost and on-time delivery
• Provide support in any ad-hoc projects upon need be it in specific site or as a general operations process improvement
Continuously assess the business impact within the operations organization
• Degree or equivalent - preferably scientific or business management discipline
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience, ideally APICS certified or similar
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical business
• Leader with superior analytical skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and can see the “big picture” while still paying attention to detail
• Possess the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Capable of presenting information to all levels of management with supporting analysis and assumptions
• Strong ability to influence, must have a high level of personal credibility as a spokesperson for supply management
• Proven ability to deal with complexity and manage relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
• S&OP, S&OE and supply planning process knowledge and experience
• Experience with planning, MPS, RCCP software as well as ERPs
• Ability to utilize technology to improve efficiency and performance including advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• High level of proficiency in English
