We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others. **In this highly visible & dynamic role, you will contribute to Starbucks success by working directly with key leaders to manage strategic programs intended to accelerate business growth in alignment with the Back to Starbucks enterprise Strategy.** **You will be responsible for establishing and managing the rhythm of the business for Menu Experience, including portfolio management and continuous prioritization efforts of the team’s most strategic initiatives.** **This position will influence individuals up, down and across the business unit as we operationalize a new organizational structure intended to increase our agility and consumer relevancy.** **Courageous & Influential Leadership:** · Influences multiple and varied stakeholders at senior levels across the organization ensuring alignment of Menu Experience Team’s strategy within the Enterprise strategy. · Builds strong relationships with peer group and senior leadership both inside and outside of the organization. · Role models a positive and productive work environment, is able to easily adjust to team dynamics, and coaches others to do the same. · Influences high-performing, cross-functional, teams to deliver a complex, multi-year, multifaceted strategy. · Represents leaders as needed in meetings and initiatives and supports their decision-making process by providing clearly defined options, logic, tradeoffs and recommendations. **Prioritizing & Planning** : + Defines, implements & iterates the Menu Experience Team rhythm of business, including facilitation and the development of strategic, operational and financial plans as a part of the enterprise annual planning process. + Supports the implementation of enterprise Governance, Strategy & Delivery rhythms, and drives the execution of business unit strategy, structure, operations and annual planning. + Ensures alignment of proposed programs and projects within business unit, functional area and/or company goals and strategies and coordinates alignment with all relevant stakeholders. _We’d love to hear from people with:_ · 4-year bachelor’s degree · Ability to lead others, strong attention to detail, · Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. · Ability to simplify and structure complex and ambiguous problems. · Project management skills. · Detailed financial and statistical understanding. · The ability to present complicated material in a concise and effective way. · 8+ years in general management, project management or strategic planning.
