· Achieve sales Budget
o Automation products– VFD, PLC, HMI, Soft Starter, AHF
o Software Solution – SmartComm Process ( SCADA )
· Sales Presentation and Proposal
o Understand client needs, gather requirements, and create Architecture.
o Prepare proposals and engage in discussions with clients and stakeholders.
o Collaborate with branch sales teams in segment specific sales promotion activities.
· Market Expansion
o Explore new markets, geographies, or customer segments.
o Identify growth opportunities and develop entry strategies.
o Identify & appointment of new System Integrators having expertise in WWW segment.
· Collaboration with CFT
o Collaborate with Business development teams in getting the required approvals for our products & solution from consultants and key End Users
· Building Relationships
o Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
o Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand their network.
