Amazon’s Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) Operations ensures to provide a worry free shopping experience to all our customers world wide. The RISC program ensures customers can purchase only legal, safe products. We are looking for a Manager of Program Management for RISC Operations integrations team within TSE Operations, to lead processes transformation across multiple programs.
You will lead strategic process innovation, and guide risk specialists and program managers to drive process re-engineering, eliminating Non-Valued-Added activities, establish program agnostic work streams. You will collaborate across world wide program, product, operations and legal partners to evaluate risk in process redesigning, establish prioritization framework and influence cost to serve.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead the operation process strategy planning and design framework to develop program agnostic scalable operations.
2. Establish mechanisms to identify process Non-value add activities, collaborate with program, product leaders to eliminate such waste while assessing risk in the process.
3. Communicate with cross functional stakeholders and building partnership to delivery on program plan
4. Work with Business Intelligence Engineers, Product Managers to establish key metrics to measure process performance.
5. Engage with legal, program leaders to establish prioritization framework.
6. Identify key challenges in establishing scalable operations and partner with product, tech, operations leaders to address such scenarios proactively.
8. Present leaders progress through diverse business reviews (WBR, MBRs, and QBRs)
9. Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to scale the program.
