Has Lean implementation and change management experience, preferably in a lab/ pharma/ life sciences contextHas or can acquire deep knowledge of local lab processes and resources, and has quick learning ability, excellent influencing & project management skillsHas been a responsible Project Manager on an end-to-end Lean transformation under the coaching of a Lean Program LeaderHas successfully delivered key training modules during the Lean projectHas the ability to coach and steer local lab teams in Lean transformations and continuous improvement initiativesHas successfully completed Lean certification from a reputed instituteRoles & Responsibilities
