Manager, Salesforce Development
Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator Manager to lead our dynamic Sales Operations team in managing and optimizing our enterprise Salesforce instance. This role will oversee critical data architecture, system integration, and operational efficiency initiatives while supporting our Santos GTM organization. This is a high-visibility position that will drive strategic improvements across our Salesforce platform while managing a team of administrators and Developers. Key job responsibilities • Lead the modernization of our sales technology stack, including the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of both proprietary and third-party tools like Salesforce, Gong.io, and RingLead • Drive the integration of GenAI capabilities across our tool ecosystem to enhance productivity and automate routine tasks • Oversee the development of self-service solutions that can automate 80% of standard requests and reduce manual dependencies • Direct the implementation of conversational intelligence platforms and automated workflow systems to increase rep and AM productivity • Manage data infrastructure improvements and CRM modernization initiatives to support ambitious growth targets • Lead cross-functional projects to streamline operations between GTM teams, focusing on automated lead management, pipeline optimization, and reporting capabilities • Develop and execute strategies to reduce manual interventions while maintaining data governance and system integrity • Oversee the integration of various tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal user experience A day in the life Operations & System Management - Monitor system health and performance across the sales tech stack - Review and prioritize incoming support tickets and system enhancement requests - Oversee daily data synchronization between platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) - Check automated pipeline and lead management processes for any issues - Monitor system adoption metrics and usage patterns Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Lead daily stand-up meetings with technical teams - Review progress on ongoing automation and integration projects - Coordinate with offshore teams on development and maintenance tasks - Engage with GTM stakeholders to address urgent needs and gather feedback - Maintain regular communication with vendor partners About the team Amazon's Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) division is revolutionizing e-commerce solutions. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - 5+ years of experience managing sales technology stacks and automation initiatives - 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and vendor relationships - Proven track record of implementing and managing both proprietary and third-party sales tools - Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce administration and customization - Experience with sales automation tools and workflow optimization - Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications - MBA or MS in Computer Science/related field - Salesforce certification with AI/ML implementation experience in sales ops - Sales/Revenue operations background with proven track record of productivity improvements - Expert in marketing automation and sales intelligence platforms - Strong data analytics and visualization capabilities - Deep knowledge of go-to-market strategies and methodologies Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
