What you'll do...

We are looking for a customer-facing, execution-oriented individual to focus on Customer Operations and join our Revenue Operations team as Manager, Revenue Operations. This individual will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Care, and cross functionally with business leads to drive & build operational solutions and resolutions for our customers.

What You’ll do...

Create a Scalable Ingestion Process to identify, coordinate, and drive customer solutions:

Develop and implement a scalable process for the ingesting and identifying path to resolution for customer success issues.

Drive process changes for customer operations of escalations from a sales perspective, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and goals.

Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding sales updates, ensuring they are informed and aligned with current sales strategies. 

Act as the primary end-to-end point of contact for escalated resolutions related to sales-led customers, providing timely and effective solutions. 

Align stakeholders across teams for Sales, Fraud, Account Verification, & Tax to build mechanisms & processes to operationalize customer success.

Ingesting Sales-led Customer Issues: 

Receive, manage, and drive resolution of complex sales-led customer issues, ensuring they are documented and addressed promptly across multiple platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, digital media/advertising, or related area and 2 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.

Option 2: 4 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years in or supporting a role in sales, customer success, business operations, or similar function.

Hands on experience with sales systems, tools, and platforms

Experience with Agile or Six-Sigma business practices

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
