As a Manager, Proposals at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client proposals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client needs, ultimately contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies in the healthcare industry. **What you will be doing** + Leading the development and preparation of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents. + Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, project management, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness. + Analyzing client requests for proposals (RFPs) and other bid documents to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions and strategies. + Managing the proposal process from initiation to submission, ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines. + Providing support and guidance to proposal team members, including proposal writers and coordinators, to optimize proposal quality and efficiency. **Your profile** + Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechNlogy, or clinical research industry. + Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including study design, conduct, and regulatory requirements. + Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. **What ICON can offer you:** Our success depends on the quality of our people.
