**Responsibilities include:** + Leading the team of mechanical technicians + Demonstrate leadership in the area of EHS and ensure all maintenance activities on site exceed the appropriate EHS standards + Ensure the related standards are in place in all machines, equipments, automation sytems to produce high quality and efficiency + Supervise the execution of the daily/weekly maintenance repairs; recommend technical improvements for cost reductions + Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance processes + Responsible for the timely response to repair requests + Monitor job duration, cost and performance of crew and subcontractors working under their responsibility **Experience and skills required:** + Relevant Engineering education + Preventative and reactive maintenance experience in manufacturing environment + Verbal and written communication skills in English + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to collaborate across different teams and cultures Equal Opportunity Employer Minority, Female, Disabled, Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender and Veterans
