Job Summary: As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products – Loan Servicing Team, you will spearhead escalated requests, research complex asks for high-impact clients, lead training efforts, and drive project initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Process line of credit and loan-related transactions on multiple loan systems.Focus on high-volume activities requiring interaction with internal partners.Interact with team members, managers, market partners, audit, legal, and risk.Serve as primary trainer and create training materials.Edit procedures with feedback from Global Loan Servicing Managers.Recommend process improvements for efficiency gains.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on loan servicing functions.Create testing scripts and execute testing across applications.Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
High productivity & quality performance metric.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in multiple team environments.Attention to detail and accuracy.Maintain high performance levels in stressful situations.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Adapt or learn multiple loan systems and support systems.Ability to adapt to internal tracking and monitoring systems.Ability to think outside the box and generate ideas for process improvements.
