As a Loan Origination Specialist IV in the Equipment Finance team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks for commercial facilities from transaction profile and setup through booking. This role offers a chance to work closely with internal partners and provides a foundation for career progression into many different roles within Onboarding as well as roles in Portfolio Services and Quality Control.

 

Job Responsibilities

Set up of highly complex transactions in the application.  It is a fast-paced environment, periodic volume of work, that builds the foundation for career progression into many different roles within  Onboarding as well as roles in Portfolio Services and Quality Control. Review of credit approval and corresponding documents to complete deal set up in the system within designated Service LevelsEnter data of customer, facility, and loan details into the loan system(s)Submit new work for quality control and creation of electronic document filesPromptly attest/correct Quality errors and Service Level breachesMaintain prompt and proactive communication with business partners as to the status of their booking caseEscalate rush requests as appropriate to ensure customer expectations are metMaintain a working knowledge of required systems and procedure changes to support deal setup and funding activities that evolveMinimize credit and business risk through awareness of procedure, compliance, and bank policyParticipate in projects and working groups as required

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).Ability to navigate and consistently update internal workflow systems Exceptional customer service skills including excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads while working within tight service levels.Above average quality of work with minimal error rate.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a team environmentDemonstrate attention to detail and accuracy with completed workAbility to consistently maintain high performance levels in high-volume peaksAbility to think outside the box and generate ideas for process improvementHigh level of ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and work independently in a high volume fast paced environment.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Prior loan operations and/or quality control experience in a banking or financial services industry preferredPrior experience in setup or booking/ auto finance business/ Loan processing

 

Shift: 8pm-5am PHT, Weekends off
