Job responsibilities
Comprehends the business objectives and deal structure for new Project Finance Account Bank mandates, proactively identifying deliverables and potential challenges. Engages with clients in a proactive and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of responsiveness and client service Ensures that deal information is accurately set up across all operating systems, with contractual obligations clearly denoted, including client access to electronic banking if required. Guarantees the accurate and proper implementation of the account structure Serves as the primary point of contact for the client base in the United States and Latin America, delivering exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client requests, offering solutions to client needs, and cultivating meaningful client relationships Collaborates with sales organizations to facilitate the retention of client relationships Provides support to sales organizations on new business prospects as required Ensures that payments, administration, and risk aspects of the project finance-related account portfolio are managed in accordance with contractual requirements and J.P. Morgan's policies and procedures Identifies opportunities to involve clients in key business initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's Degree Proven experience at the Vice President level in a similar role within the financial services sector, specifically supporting project finance, infrastructure, and energy transactions in a banking or corporate trust environment Expertise in account bank, agency, escrow, trust, or similar contracts, coupled with strong leadership abilities; adept at reviewing and comprehending financial models, budgets, and other project-related documentation Exceptional customer service skills Valued experience in sales Highly motivated and ambitious team player Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated experience in independent decision-making Excellent organizational skills Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in compliance and regulatory matters
