Job DescriptionLigand binding assays on various platforms including SPR technology and ELISA.Troubleshooting ligand binding assaysIndependent troubleshooting of routine and non-routine assay workflowLearn new methodologies and instruments when required based on the project needsPerform high-throughput sample testing in an organized and timely mannerMaintain up to date inventory of the critical reagents and the study samplesWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to prosecute studies and projects in line with the strategic direction of the teamPresent research results in team meetingsMultitask and work in an efficient way to support multiple projectsMaintain electronic laboratory notebooks, prepare precise technical report summaries, analysis and maintain appropriate documentationQualificationsBachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Biochemistry and/or Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or related field is required with 1-3 years of relevant experience.Hands-on experience with ligand binding assaysExperience with ligand binding assays on various platforms including SPR technology and ELISAAbility to design, run and interpret ligand binding assaysExperience with liquid handling instruments is a plus.Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter, able to prioritize work and work efficiently with minimal supervisionAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is first-shift, full time, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.
