Job DescriptionThe Legal function provides strategic legal advice to senior group stakeholders globally in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supports and enables the achievement of the De Beers Group’s business objectives while managing risk and identifying opportunities for value creation and continuous improvement.
To develop, coordinate, support and manage the operational framework within which the Legal function partners with the business to deliver the business’ strategic objectives, fostering innovation and technological advancement, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing and identifying risks and opportunities with specific reference to the provision of in-house legal.
In the role of Legal Operations Manger, the day to day responsibilities include,
