Purpose of Job
This role focuses on planning, developing, and delivering training and development activities aligned with global strategy and business needs, with a specific focus on the Pune office. Key responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, coordinating courses and initiatives, facilitating training sessions, and organising team-building activities to enhance collaboration and engagement across teams.
The role also involves designing, delivering, and evaluating Learning & Talent Development programs, ensuring content (both face-to-face and online) remains current and relevant to business needs. Working closely with the Learning and Talent Development Manager, this position helps develop targeted programs to address identified skill gaps while supporting the implementation of global initiatives as needed.
Key Accountabilities:
Learning/Organisational Development
- Provide expert guidance to identify and implement learning solutions aligned with business needs.
- Plan, design, and facilitate courses, training activities, and team-building workshops.
- Support the design and delivery of technical learning in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Work with the AP L&D team to support the Graduate Development Program, including graduate workshops, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Design, facilitate, and support Leadership Development programs.
- Coordinate learning and development program logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback and reporting on return on investment.
- Manage learning and development communications to ensure visibility and engagement.
- Assist with course uploads, participant tracking, and reporting in TalentHub (LMS) to support the AP L&D team during peak periods.

Qualification: MBA HR
Experience: 12+ Years of experience in Learning and development as facilitator of learning journeys, workshops.
Fluent in English and local language. Other languages are welcome
