Lean Digitalization Engineer Job Description

Introduction to the Role:
This position supports the implementation and management of the department’s lean digital management system and Six Sigma projects. The role involves tracking lean and digitalization initiatives, ensuring data integrity, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to company values, professional ethics, and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate lean and digitalization projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery while maintaining cost control.
Track and assess the progress of Lean, IE, and digitalization initiatives across departments (e.g., KAIZEN system, Lean audits, digital tool utilization), providing coaching and structured improvement guidance.
Establish and monitor Lean digital tools, identifying issues and driving corrective actions to enhance effectiveness.
Assist in building and integrating a holistic lean digitalized management system, supporting long-term strategic alignment.
Collaborate with the department manager to develop and manage the "Digitalized Operation Center."
Support the deployment and operation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, helping to cultivate a structured problem-solving culture across departments.
Uphold and promote company values, fostering a professional, open, and constructive working environment.
Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Successful execution of lean and digitalization projects within scope, time, and budget.
Improvement in key operational metrics through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
Active engagement in cross-functional coaching and training.
Effective implementation and utilization of digital lean systems.
Adherence to company values and a positive impact on team collaboration.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above (preferred in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or digitalization projects.
Strong Lean mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and hands-on implementation experience.
Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital data management tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and responsible work attitude.
High integrity, respect for confidentiality, and strong alignment with corporate values.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
