Leadership Edge Executive Development-Associate

Leadership Edge is the core team focused on the development of both executives and managers at JPMorgan Chase. Its mission is to help establish a culture of inclusion, empowerment and growth, helping drive the ongoing success of the Firm. 

As an Associate on the Leadership Edge team, you will support the team in enhancing the executive programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of innovative development experiences for our senior leaders.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Support the team in evaluating and updating leadership development programs to ensure they are relevant and effective in today's dynamic business environment.Help identify and utilize diverse learning methods to make training more accessible and engaging for executives, including the integration of AI tools for personalized learning experiences.Work with interdisciplinary teams to assist in translating business needs into impactful development solutions.Participate in discovery efforts, including needs assessment and research, to incorporate best practices that enhance leadership and business skills.Help develop measures focused on learning outcomes, participant satisfaction, and business impact.Assist in quickly adjusting programs based on client needs and leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement.Gain experience in guiding leaders through transformative learning experiences.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Eager to learn and apply industry benchmarks and best practices.Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.Customer-focused with an interest in measuring and driving business outcomes.Proactive and action-oriented with good organizational skills.
