Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on industrial engineering* concepts and 5+ years applied experience6+ years of experience working as an industrial engineer or in a similar role in manufacturing or supply chain industriesCollege undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical/business areas or equivalent work experienceStrong understanding of value stream mappingRoot cause analysis / issue resolution skills with ability to determine the most effective solution or escalation pathStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills necessary for various audiences including executive managementProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSix Sigma  and Lean certificationsKnowledge of technology infrastructure systems and solutionsKnowledge and experience with Agile methodologiesProject management experience
