Essential Responsibilities
As Lead Finance Analyst, you will:
Develop and maintain critical supply chain reporting, analysis and financial close processes, covering logistics, facility costs, inventory, and other scopes as needed.Create financial modeling for general FP&A purposes as well as more specific models for Transactional Services and Supply Chain stakeholders.Provide support during weekly pacing, monthly financial close, and quarterly forecast / budgeting processes.Partner with key operating and finance stakeholders for lean process improvement projects in order to enhance financial linearity and operating visibility.Build dashboards and datasets to support general Wind Services efforts, as necessary.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeMinimum of 4 years of experience, particularly focused in Finance and/or OperationsDesired Characteristics
CFA / CPA / CMA credentialingExpertise in Financial Systems & Big DataSolid understanding of US GAAPDemonstrated ability to deliver with focus, performing in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable & Flexible, open to change in response to new information and ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership.The base pay range for this position is 95,300.00- 158,700.00 USD Annual . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
