Job Description

This is an administrative role in a laboratory space. This is not a data analytics role.

Update equipment management system to add, remove, or change equipment.  Ensure records are up-to-date and accurate.    Serve as the liaison with various Contractors to carry out equipment repairs and maintenance in Malvern and Spring House in order to:Manage the timely execution and closure of work orders. Support timing and execution of the annual entitlements process. Participate in TDS Lab Operations initiatives, e.g., aligning service standards across TDS, network firewall implementation, and other initiatives to be specified. Manage remediation and support the Quality GEMBA process in partnership with the Quality and Safety organizations. Take appropriate actions to address reported discrepancies and implement changes to prevent repeat observations. Partner with vendors for lab ordering activities including:Solve storage challengesIdentify opportunities for ordering and inventory management efficienciesTrack ordering, storage, and consumption of critical lab materials.Provide input on functional planning details, e.g., assumptions to inform supply cost forecasting, provide input on lab changes / updates in conjunction with DPD&D strategies.Provide support for lab captains to solve challenges.  

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related science (chemistry, pharmacy or equivalent sciences degree)Experience with GMP regulationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills (oral and written) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude  Familiar with laboratory environment and laboratory safety practicesAuthorization to work in the United States without restriction.
