Job DescriptionThe Kit Assembler is responsible for properly labeling and assembling medical diagnostic reagent kits to meet customer demands. This position requires completing necessary paperwork associated with kit assembly and requires an understanding of work orders, lot control numbers, expiration dates, and quality control systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Help manage raw materials by keeping refrigerators organized and reagent kits properly storedAppropriately label bottles and kits with proper lot control numbers and expiration datesCorrectly assemble reagent kits based on work orders in a timely mannerComplete assembly records and any necessary paperwork for kit assemblyExamine and inspect kits and containers to ensure accurate labeling and packing specifications are metAssist the Quality Assurance Department with document revisionsOrganize, complete and file paperwork as neededVerify shipments as neededPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnelScope of Authority
