Key Account Manager

The Regional Manager must capture sales in his/her region to ensure the fulfillment of the annual sales and orders goal with the minimum margins defined by the Organization, through the penetration of strategic markets and the development of new markets for the products of our HCS, ECM and Ligthing portfolio through the commercial channels assigned to his/her region.

 

In this role, your responsibilities will be

Define the commercial strategy and Go To Market for your region aligned with the commercial strategy of the country and LATAM Meet order, sales and margin targets for FY24. Management of current channels, and coordinating commercial activities such as: Negotiating together with each Channel the quotas prior to the signing of the annual contract.  Supervising performance metrics based on channel type. Quarterly follow-up of annual rebates and returns per channel that apply. Review of inventory and stock rotation of the channels. Promote the training of product families to the Specialists, Internal Sales and External Sales of each of its channels. Conduct WALKDOWNS in conjunction with the channel SPECIALISTS. Coordinate with the Mkt. departments the generation of content and publication of products in the approved electronic media for each channel. Strengthening of strategic accounts in your region. Creation of new high-level accounts  Follow up central initiatives in segments such as W&W and F&W. Identify new distribution channels, manufacturers, and System Integrators in your region  Keep the Sales CRM current and updated and guarantee a healthy Funnel for your market. Follow-up Strengthen and expand the project Funnel on an ongoing basis.

For this role, you will need:

It is required to have +5 years of experience in handling distributors or representatives to strengthen the marketing channels of products for electrical installations in classified areas and / or +demonstrated ability in the sale of industrial lighting fixtures. Extensive experience in the formation and management of sales teams is required.  Availability to travel 70% of your time

Preferred qualifications that set you a part:

Bachelor's degree in electricity, electronics, control and automation or similar.  Completed bachelor's degree and professional license. Postgraduate studies such as master's degree, doctorate, certifications and/or technical knowledge of electrical installation and network regulations will be highly valued. 100% proficiency in written and spoken English Languages The manager will be able to establish a basic technical conversation in English and have a written and read comprehension at a technical level for the accurate performance of their activities and be able to develop and optimally present their results.
