Job Description

In a nutshell: Are you a self-organized and independent recruiter? Do you like to work on your own projects? Do you enjoy being a part of an international team?

In the Talent Acquisition team, we are focused on recruitment of the best candidates in the Shared Service area. We partner with our business to make their teams stronger by providing them with hiring solutions for fresh talents. We recruit, attend career fairs, coffee chats, coordinate employer branding activities, give presentations, and more.

Your main objective will be managing the recruitment life cycle for employees of our Group Support Centre and Shared Service Centre in Katowice (screening, interviewing, assessing, and recommending candidates).

You will develop a candidates pool by being active on social media or through various databases.

Being the main point of contact for hiring managers to understand their needs will be one of your major tasks.

Search expert, candidate experience moderator, and improvements initiator - that would be expected from you.

The rewarding part will be traveling to job fairs, giving presentations for graduate audiences, attending coffee chats, and many more activities related to the promotion of the Eurofins brand.

Qualifications

Education: You have to bear Bachelor or Master degree 

Language: Perfect English language skills. Polish language - fluent is a must.

Experience: You need to bring prior experience in recruitment for international organization. 

Your profile: You need to be independent recruiter with no fear for complex and ambiguous tasks, and a team player. 

If you are familiar with managing social media that would be an additional asset.
