Job DescriptionDevelop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within reports and dashboardsAutomate Excel-based reporting processes using advanced formulas, macros, and VBA.Support data extraction, transformation, and report implementation, merging data from various sources using SQL, Power Query, and other tools.Assist with the analysis and resolution of data and technical issues related to existing report, data models, and source systemsAnalyze complex datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity of Purchasing ReportsConduct End-users training on BI tools, dashboards, and reporting best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting and BI system requirementsPrepare all relevant documentation on technical processes, data models, and reporting frameworksQualificationsQualifications
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar roleBachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Experience in Power BI report/dashboard development and in SQL for querying and data extraction.Strong Excel skills (Complex formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA is a plus).Some knowledge of COUPA and Purchasing processes is a plusPersonal Skills:
