Junior Benelux Technical Sales Manager - Temporary Assignment
The Junior Benelux Technical Sales Manager -Fluke Networks is a vital role responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Fluke’s New Product Introductions (NPIs) across the Benelux region. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is accountable for achieving assigned bookings and revenue targets by identifying prospects, expanding customer relationships, and driving market adoption of Fluke’s products, services, and software solutions. This role requires a strong combination of sales acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to promote new technologies effectively. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a territory, developing a robust pipeline, and ensuring the successful introduction and adoption **Responsibilities** + Sales & Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets by developing and executing comprehensive strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining a strong pipeline. + Business Development: Identify and nurture relationships with prospective customers, conduct market research, and convert leads into loyal customers. + Product Promotion: Drive adoption of new product introductions (NPIs) by providing technical expertise, conducting demonstrations, and gathering market insights. + Territory & Customer Management: Build strong customer relationships, understand business challenges, and ensure satisfaction through tailored solutions. + Collaboration & Sales Enablement: Work with internal teams, distributors, and partners to optimize product positioning and market reach. + Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, forecast accurately using CRM tools, and provide regular updates to management. **Your team** The Fluke Networks Sales team is a team of specialists in a very dynamic and international environment. Team members always share their best practices and help each other, cooperating closely especially when time is strict. **Experience** + Bachelor’s degree (Business field preferred) or equivalent experience + Language skills: Fluent/native Dutch + English and another 2nd language is preferred. + Minimum of 3-5 years of (technical) sales experience in direct sales, or managing key accounts, ideally within IT Networking and/or test and measurement industries. + Strong ability to drive new business development, identify prospects, and manage a territory effectively. + Proven success in managing complex sales cycles, including product introduction and market adoption. + Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting. **Personal Skills** + Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills are required to interact with other employees, and leadership requires the ability to anticipate and solve problems. + Demonstrated ability to work under pressure. Accountability and personal organization are essential. + Demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
