**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance professional to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business partnership for Commercial/ Product and Service, as well as tax and statutory management. This role requires solid analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Act as a business partner to Commercial/Product and Service teams, providing financial insights and support to drive business performance, including sales/ margin/ working capital. + Oversee tax and statutory compliance, ensuring all financial activities adhere to local regulations and standards. + Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth. + Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management. + Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial practices. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, with a focus on business partnership and tax/statutory management. + Strong knowledge of Japanese financial regulations and tax laws. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. + Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. + Experience working in a multinational corporation. + Fluency in both Japanese and English, good command of Chinese is a plus. **Fortive Corporation Overview** Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
