Role Definition
Supports the IT function with assisting in areas like demand management , development, testing and implementing application systems.

Responsibilities
• Business demands management for new solutions and enhancement. You may either work with enterprise solutions team to replicate and implement solutions to the facility or identify the solutions and implement it with local team.
• Be responsible for site manufacturing applications support in the facilities (PSPS, LES, Andon, VMC, iIoT…). Install, troubleshoot, change, upgrade application clients and servers, including off-shift and weekend support if needed.
• Key liaison for facility to support Critical and High priority incidents which significantly impact business. You will coordinate corporate application team, infrastructure team and vendor to troubleshoot computers, applications, databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle) and Servers (Windows, Linux) and LAN, WAN WLAN, Firewall.
• You will work closely with business team to support OT (Operational Technology) implementation and support, which may include but not limited to, Robots, AGVs, PLCs.
• You will do the periodically check on application, hardware, software, and site computer room to ensure the manufacturing applications’ reliability and mitigate any risks which will cause Critical, High, and Medium incidents.
• Support or directly work on problem root cause analysis and permanent solutions.
• Participate in integrated testing and user acceptance testing of changes on applications or infrastructure
• You will work as backup resource to do remote support for remote facilities as needed.

Workable knowledge on end users support, LAN, Windows / Linux, LAN, MS Azure / AWS and site firewalls.

Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following business processes:
• Strong business acumen on manufacturing.
• Experience on Digital / Smart Manufacturing.
• SAP PP/MM/WM experiences

• Understand manufacturing process and can collaborate with manufacturing business partners;
