Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:
Job Function Duties
Needs Identification and Corrective Actions • Proactively identify Sales team needs and implement corrective actions related to processes and systems spanning the entire opportunity-to-invoicing flow.
Systems Optimization • Analyze and address issues within key sales systems, including Oracle (Sales, Order, Pricing), CRM, My Emerson, and Vendavo, to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Serve as a key support resource for the Pricing team, assisting with tasks such as managing customer agreements.
Process and System Development • Regularly test and propose improvements and developments for sales processes and supporting systems.
IT Project Support and Training • Train and assist Sales teams with all IT projects that impact business processes, ensuring smooth adoption and understanding.
Process Documentation • Create and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of sales processes.
Communication Management • Develop and manage SharePoint communications to keep Sales teams informed of relevant updates and information.
Reporting and Analytics • Build and deploy specific requested reports using Excel and work closely with Data team members to create and modify Power Bi reports.

Policy Interpretation • Interpret and apply Emerson's policies and procedures, ensuring their correct application in each of the activities carried out by the PMO team.
Sinergy • Sinergy with all areas, ensuring continuous communication and teamwork.
• Actively participate in all yearly business activities, including pricing initiatives and software upgrades, providing necessary support and insights.
The role contains,
• 40% of Day-to-day support to users (receive email in shared mailbox and assist user via education, bug correction, ticket IT creation and follow up- test until complete resolution).
• 20% of process improvement & Education & investigation with counterparts; create users or internal support documentation, SharePoint communication amends existing.
• 40% of project / major system enhancements: from discovery to implementation stabilisation – passing by project planning, design, testing, corrective actions, training delivery and go live.
Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.):
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or in any related field.
Experience Requirements (Years / Type of prior responsibilities or experience / Industry, etc.):
• At least (1) year of work experience in following departments: Sales Quote/Order Entry, Customer Relationship, Business Process Or Sales Support
Technical Knowledge Requirements:
• At least Matura degree
• Fluent in English
• Experience in Oracle, Customer Management is a plus
• Additional experience in Excel VBA, SQL, JAVA Coding, Vendavo/Pricing software is a considerable plus
• Experience using MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
