Your role and responsibilities

We’re looking for an Information Systems (IS) Administrator to be responsible for supporting the IS team with various day to day activities. This involves coordinating with different stakeholders, addressing customer queries and acting as a central point of contact within the team. This role is supporting all UK & Ireland ABB divisions. The office is located in Daresbury Park, Warrington and the work model is: #LI-hybrid. Our UK IS team includes 20 people, and we are a highly collaborative team and we hope you apply for this important and dynamic role. You will be mainly accountable for:• Providing vital support to the Information Systems team with day-to-day tasks by managing onboarding and offboarding processes, raising purchase orders and processing invoices, and handling ticket raising and user acceptance testing signoff. • Working with the senior IS management group and act as the coordination contact person by maintaining stakeholder maps, sharing communication with the IS team, and addressing gen-eral customer queries.• Managing and preparing documentation and data reporting dashboards including intranet page and business process maps and apply relevant measurement and reporting management practices to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator targets.• Organizing the major team events, scheduling and coordinating IS meetings and providing sup-port for guests.• Engaging proactively with stakeholders to implement ABB processes and service improvement initiatives and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. • Providing fundamental support to ensure high quality delivery of business technology projects, compliance and general IS services across the UK & Ireland organisation.• Champion wellbeing initiatives and promote volunteering and mentorship.

Qualifications for the role

Service and Operation Management work experience related to Information Systems processesFinance administration and budgeting skills to support in cost monitoring and controlData Analytics skills such as trending certain data to help with decision supportOffice 365 skills such as Teams, SharePoint, Excel, WordExperience of any of the following will be considered an advantage: process improvement & optimiza-tion, project management or agile methodology.
