International Production & Planning Coordinator
As an International Production and Planning Coordinator for Skechers, you will facilitate the overview process of orders production management for our international accounts. Interface with Skechers China office, factories, product development/design department, customer service, and allocations department to ensure accurate and timely processing of production and customer orders.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Process production orders and follow up with the Skechers China office or factories to ensure production buys, x-factory dates to support on time delivery daily.Communicate and collaborate with various departments such as Skechers China office, Customer Service, Allocation, and Product Development/Design department to resolve any issues.Produce and maintain all sizes based on the inventory levels for all our Subsidiary Distribution Center while making necessary adjustments to properly allocate products.Analyze orders booked against production on a daily basis and make necessary adjustments.Review weekly order status report received from factories, product line sheets and availability report for our Subsidiary accounts throughout Europe, Brazil, Chile, Japan, Latin America, Philippines, and India. Identify problems, discrepancies, delays, etc. and take action to resolve.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and WordAbility to think critically and conceptually with excellent problem-solving skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsKeen eye for details/Strong attention to detailsHigh aptitude for handling large volumes of SKUs and purchase ordersMust be able to multi-task with excellent organizational and prioritizing skillsDemonstrate a strong record of completing tasks and projects within specific timeframe

High school diploma required

$25-$28/Hourly
